Privacy notice
This notice describes how Rondanini Publishing® Ltd (“we”, “us”) handles personal data submitted via the inquiry form on this OrbaLM Beta marketing site. The OrbaLM desk runtime itself is delivered for use inside your organisation; this notice covers only this marketing site and its inquiry form.
1. What we collect
When you submit the inquiry form, we receive:
- Identity: name and company email address
- Context: company, desk location, role, and any message you supply
- Technical: IP address and user-agent for rate-limiting and abuse prevention (where logged by the hosting or email provider)
We use Google Analytics (Measurement ID
G-ZE7XJTVVQN) to count page views after you opt in via
PlainConsent. Analytics is not loaded until consent is given. We do not
use advertising or remarketing trackers. Typefaces may be loaded from
Google Fonts.
You can change your choice via Cookie settings in the footer, or opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
2. Why we collect it
To respond to Beta access inquiries. Lawful basis under UK GDPR / EU GDPR Article 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest in responding to inbound business inquiries from professional contacts.
3. Where it goes
Inquiry emails are sent via our transactional email provider (Brevo) to Orbalm@orbaos.com, and may create or update a contact record for follow-up. We do not sell or rent this data, do not use it to train models, and do not enrol you in an automated marketing nurture sequence from this form alone.
4. How long we keep it
Inquiry records are retained for up to 24 months from the date of last contact, then deleted. You may request earlier deletion (see rights below).
5. Your rights
Under UK / EU GDPR you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and you may lodge a complaint with the ICO (UK) or your local authority.
