Content on this site is general information. It is not investment, regulatory, legal, audit, or accounting advice. Desk decisions remain your responsibility.
2. The form is an inquiry
Submitting the Beta inquiry form is not a contract, quotation, or purchase. We may decline any inquiry without giving reasons. There is no online purchase path for OrbaLM Beta on this site.
3. Product access is separate
OrbaLM software access is arranged separately (founding Beta terms or a later written agreement). Nothing on this marketing site grants a licence to use the product.
4. Beta offer summary
Where a founding Beta seat is activated: free use for three months from activation; after that the desk runtime may remain free to use without pack updates and without the enterprise edition. Exact terms are confirmed at activation.
5. No warranty on this site
We make no warranty about the accuracy or completeness of marketing-site content. Product warranties, if any, are set out in the applicable access or licence terms — not on this page.
6. Trademarks
OrbaOS®, OrbaLM, and Rondanini Publishing® are marks of Rondanini Publishing® Ltd. Third-party names are used for description only.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
